We offer free shipping for orders over $150 anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. For orders under $150 we calculate shipping based on weight and the cost will be shown at the cart before you complete your purchase.
We sell a number of items that aren’t heavy but are bulky, and that Australia Post or TNT charge excess for. Usually it’s when the carton is in excess of 0.5mtr3. When you order these products, you may be asked to contact us to get a freight quote.
We will generally ship items from our warehouses that weigh under 25kg via Australia Post, however we also use other couriers like TNT Express to delivery to some areas. In some circumstances, products are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer and we will monitor this process as expected with their courier.

We do our everything in our power to meet these delivery times but can’t guarantee them.
Once a parcel is dispatched from the warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information from either Australia Post / TNT or the assigned Courier Co. Please note, it sometimes takes Australia Post up to three days to initiate the tracking process and have the parcel visible in the system.

If you believe your parcel is missing please call 1800 191 138 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Blue Bucket Order Number and we can locate the tracking details and investigate. Often we can resolve it immediately and resend if stock is available. If we need to speak to Australia Post and raise a case enquiry with them then it may take longer. We will do everything we can to find out what happened to your order and resolve the issue.
We take payments on Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, we also accept PayPal, and direct deposit to our bank account. The credit card form and bank account details are shown at the cart when you have finalised your order and are ready to pay.
We can offer a free design service for your irrigation system. To arrange an appointment, please contact us : 1800 191 138. We will organise an irrigation designer to work on your project, who will take you through the entire process.
Unfortunately, we do not provide an installation service but can help you with all product required, including: irrigation systems, pond installations and pumps systems.
