Shipping Policy

We only ship within Australia. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post or TNT.

Overweight items

Any over-weight or bulky items may be subject to a freight charge which will be quoted by email prior to the shipping of the order. Blue Bucket and the customer reserve the right to cancel the order due to excessive freight charges and if this happens all monies will be refunded.

If any item is not in stock, it may take anywhere between 2-7 days (or longer in some instances) to receive from our suppliers. Please advise our staff by phone or email if your order is urgent and we will send out all in-stock items as soon as possible, followed by the items on back order when they arrive at our warehouse.

Delivery is by Australia Post or TNT direct to your nominated address. If we are organising delivery direct from the manufacturer, they may use their own courier. Your delivery address can either be a street address or a Post Office Box or RMB.

Blue Bucket delivery process

  • The postman will deliver the goods to the address nominated by you and all goods are noted with ‘No Signature Required’ and ‘Safe Drop’.
  • If for any reason the postman is unable to deliver the goods, they will leave a card to let you know. You will then need to arrange travel to your nearest post office to collect the goods.
  • If you live in a rural area, our courier may contact you to organise a mutually convenient and secure location for delivery of the goods. However, we cannot guarantee this.

When you provide a valid email address when ordering online at you will receive an Online Order Confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing your order.

The Shipping Confirmation with tracking details will follow via email once your order has left our store.

If you haven’t received your Online Order Confirmation email:

  1. Confirm that you have placed your order with your correct email address.
  2. Check your spam / junk folders and
  3. if you still require assistance email
